Any material that, in our judgement, is obscene or threatening is prohibited and will be removed from our servers with or without notice. Pornographic material is strictly forbidden images perceived to be of pornography. Any user found to host pornography will be suspended immediately without notice. Violations will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency.

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. OMGupload is not responsible for images residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for images transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of images stored on OMGupload servers.

All images uploaded to OMGupload are copyright of their respective owners.

OMGupload reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, to update, revise, supplement and otherwise modify this Agreement and to impose new or additional rules, policies, terms or conditions on your use of the Service to accommodate such Changes or Change Notifications, as well as any other modifications to these Terms of Use as we believe desirable.

When you register with OMGupload, you will need to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this password. You agree not to use the account or password of another member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You should notify OMGupload immediately if you suspect their has been a breach of your account or password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.
