You can enter a variety of different things into the search box. One being a username. Search for a username in the search box and a list of names which contain that word will be shown to you. You can also search for Tags.

Tags are keywords that you can add to your image to make it easier to find later. For example, you can Tag an image with the words "Holiday." Later, you can search for the word "Holiday" in the search box and it will display all images tagged with that word.
